The prompt and the runbook are free and always will be. But the first session in an organisation carries the most risk: the room does not know the rules yet, the intent is usually half-written, and the facilitator is learning the ritual while running it.
I run that first session for you: one preparation call to get the intent and mandate into shape, a session of up to 2 hours 25 minutes with your team and your AI tooling, and a written debrief with the metrics logged. Your own facilitator shadows the session and takes the second one.
We agree the scope and practical arrangements before scheduling. Public session logging is paused. You can choose to share a short account on the Feedback page; do not include confidential team or customer information.
