What is processed, and why

• Session metrics. Numbers and free-text notes you submit at /log, published in aggregate and per-session after review. They contain no personal data; email-like strings are removed from the pasted text before storage. Kept indefinitely as an anonymised dataset.
• Follow-up email. Stored only if you tick the consent box, used once to ask how Construction went, then deleted — or earlier on request.
• Rate limiting. Your IP address is hashed with a daily-rotated salt before storage; the raw address is not kept.
• Newsletter. Handled by Buttondown under their terms; this site stores no newsletter emails itself.
• Analytics. Vercel Analytics, cookieless and aggregate. No advertising trackers.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of any personal data held about you, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Write to the contact address above; deletion requests for a follow-up email are handled within a week.
